San Francisco Javier's Statue

I think San Javier's statue, also knows as Lion King for most of the students, is the most important Javeriana's art representation because it represents a feeling, the solidarity feeling that San Javier had, and arts normally represents people's feelings and people's moods so this monument, for me, captures the devotion and comprise that San Javier had for Jesuits community. This monument also represents the complete Javeriana's education community, is a find's point, a reference's point

Also because is a touristic attraction whom is saw for every person who pass near to Javeriana university and art must be pretty to see.

Movie Recommendation

Dear friend,

I'm happy to know you've been interested about cinema's world. So I want to give you some advises about the movies I've seen. Last month I saw an specific  science fiction movie, it changed the way I think.

Last month a close friend recommended me The Matrix. I didn't want to watch it but, he insisted on see it a lot so I decided to see it. In fact, the movie was as gripping as my friend told me it would that if I  were you I'd see it again. Here are two major reasons why you should see The Matrix. 

First because this movie tells us about an important and current problem that the human kind could suffer, this problem is about the AI (artificial intelligence) and the probability that the computers, robots and any machine will dominate the humanity. That way you'll be more conscious than you are about how is well you depend on the technology.

Second reason is the special visual effect that was used for this film, a lifelike effect. The brothers Wachowski (they wrote and directed The Matrix) were the first directors who made "the bullet time" visual effect popular, it basically freezes the action on the movie while the camera continues to move around the scene. It'd be a good idea to enjoy your first science fiction movie. Here I leave a short clip of this effect.

If you liked the cave's myth of Platon this movie will work because it's almost the same just with a science fiction's touch. I hope you enjoy seeing this movie, if you do let me know and I'll recommend you more movies like this.
